Tracking your order
All orders are tracked. You will receive a tracking link by email from us as soon as your order is ready for shipment :)
Shipping to European Union + Switzerland
Most orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the date the order is submitted. The shipping time depends on the location - it's approx. 3-14 working days
Shipping to the rest of the world
Most orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the date the order is submitted. The shipping time depends on the location - it's approx. 5-18 working days
Countries we can't deliver to
Only a few destinations are undeliverable (restrictions imposed by governments or inability to ship):
Cuba, Crimea, Iran, Libya, Sudan, Syria and North Korea.
As a result of the health crisis, here is the list of countries to which deliveries are impossible until further notice:

Our Refund Policy
If the Item was delivered with defects
1) Notify us the defects by email. Please include these following informations in your email:
- Your order reference and the customer name
- name of the product concerned
- photos which prove the defects
2) Within 2 days we will contact you. We will then issue the order again for you (free of costs of course). As an apology we will send you a promocode with which you could get 20% off of your next order. We apologize for any such inconveniences.
Any other reason
A refund is only possible within 24 hours of the submitted order. After that we are sorry to inform that we are not capable of refunding you your order.
